Devolution and Asals Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa has described the late Tale Nabangi as a great friend, partner and leader full of charisma whom they together walked for the better of his kabuchai people.

Despite losing election and an election petition, the late Tale has continued to support community projects to his people.
“I mourn a remarkable friend, leader and business person who used his opportunity to better his community and people” said Wamalwa
The late and Wamalwa have made inroads to kabuchai constituency with the CS supporting his initiatives especially on matters Education, housing, foodstuffs among many empowerment initiatives.

The CS has graced and supported events by Tale aimed at building schools, giving private bursaries, building houses and donating foodstuffs to residents.
Across the areas, residents have houses build by the cooperation of the two leaders.
Tale passed on at Lifecare hospital in Bungoma town on Wednesday morning.
He had been admitted at the intensive Care Unit for almost a week fighting corona like symptoms.
Wamalwa’s condolence message:
I express my profound grief at the loss of my remarkable friend Mr Edward Nabangi Tale.

My deepest condolences to Tale’s family, friends and the people of Kabuchai.
A giant-indomitable in philanthropy, courage, tireless fighter, gentle, courteous man who combined charisma with compassion in his leadership, business and professional pursuits.

Death has robbed us big.
Tale was a champion of the less privileged in Kabuchai and Bungoma at large, steadfast in purpose, total in commitment, visionary, irreproachable in character yet simple in manners who devoted himself to women/youth empowerment.
I have partnered with him in many aspects of community empowerment to better the lives of kabuchai people.

He has left us with hope and inspiration.

Our brightest gem of Kabuchai has gone but never to be forgotten. A true servant leader to the people of Kabuchai!
It is a great loss but his legacy lives on.
RIP my friend Tale Nabangi
