The first time youthful legislator has rebranded himself and is the the lips of many voters if we go by what happened at his rural residence on August 22.
The law maker held a meeting that comprised over 5 Mps across Western region and attended by over 3,000.
They were drumming up support for the deputy president William Ruto and also asked President Uhuru Kenyatta to fight corruption in his government be to help save his legacy.
The Police force in Bungoma has been keen to cancel Tanga Tanga meetings but the firebrand legislator meticulously arranged this meeting to beat the police ploy.

The meeting was arranged secretly within three hours and executed within a record of one hour.
By the time the local administration led by Area chief Jonstone Kimasere and Kitayi Assistant Chief Judith Kachu came in to try to order people  to leave the meeting, the meeting was done and dusted.
“It’s not easy to arrange a political meeting within three hours and attract such a crowd which was estimated to be slightly above 3,000 people who attended it,” said Barasa.
Barasa is the outspoken law maker who a close Ruto Ally and has never feared campaigning for him.
In politics a popular politician will attract huge following and the contrary will see people desert the meeting with only a handful showing up.
Hon.Didmus had hosted  his fellow Tanga Tanga allied Mps led by Ben Washiali (Mumias East), Dan Wanyama (Webuye West), Mwambu Mabongah (Bumula), Bonny Khalwale (Former Kakamega senator) and Malulu Injendi of Malava.
They kept their speeches short ensure the meeting ended within the stipulated time of one hour.

Ideally its expected that after every meeting locals will demand cash as transport but the kimilili residents shocked media when they claimed that their Mp has done much and left singing after enduring a scorching sun for close to three hours.
