Embattled Ford Kenya party leader Moses Wetang’ula has dismissed Chief Justice David Maraga on his advice to head of state about dissolution of parliament.

Maraga wants President Uhuru Kenyatta to dissolve parliament for failing to pass the two-third gender rule.
He accused parliament for failing to enact legislation required to implement the two-third gender rule.
“The petitions are based on the ground that despite four court orders compelling parliament to enact the legislation, it has blatantly failed, refused or neglected it,” said the CJ.

Taking to his twitter account, Wetang’ula told Maraga that his advise is dead wrong and ill informed.
The Bungoma senator pointed out that the resolution, restatement and construct of the gender rule is not just about Patliament.
“On the basis of the legal doctrine and logic of ‘Balance of convinience’ CJ Maraga is dead wrong,” said Wetang’ula.
He stated that Maraga acted per incuriam and no body or authority will act on the same.

The Mp who seemed to understand the law very well being a lawyer tore Maraga and placed him where he belongs.
Maraga has been steadfast in sticking to the law and never bending it.
The CJ who is a staunch Seventh Day Adventist follower never changes tune however much he is pushed hard.
